Jason Fulton is the sole owner and CEO of Grey Dog Security. He brings a diverse background in executive management, community relations, and the private security industry. Jason leads the company with a mission-driven approach focused on professionalism, presence, and partnerships. He is directly involved in strategic client relations, contract negotiation, and oversight of major accounts.
Katelyn Rapp
Chief Operating Officer
Katelyn Rapp serves as the Chief Operating Officer and brings over 10 years of experience in the security industry. Her background spans a variety of roles including site supervision, field training, dispatch, and operations management. Katelyn is responsible for the day-to-day execution of field operations, quality control, team performance, and service delivery across all client sites.
Andrea Lopez
Manager of Hiring, Retention, and Scheduling
Andrea Lopez oversees all staffing-related functions including recruitment, employee retention, and scheduling. With a background in human resources, Andrea ensures that each post is staffed with qualified personnel and that officers are set up for long-term success. She also manages employee engagement and contributes to workforce development initiatives.
