He is directly involved in strategic client relations, contract negotiation, and oversight of major accounts.
Katelyn Rapp
Katelyn Rapp brings over 10 years of experience in the security industry, spanning site supervision, field training, dispatch, and operations management. She is responsible for the day-to-day execution of field operations, quality control, team performance, and service delivery across all client sites.
Kyle Baxter
Kyle Baxter brings experience in private security, executive leadership, and recruiting. His background lets him connect with team members at every level and helps Grey Dog attract, develop, and retain top talent. He also oversees scheduling operations company-wide, ensuring every site is staffed with the right people at the right time.
