Located at 1440 Fuller Avenue SE, Adams Park Apartments exemplifies GRHC’s commitment to providing safe, affordable housing for adults aged 18 and older. With 188 units — including one- and two-bedroom apartments — and amenities such as barrier-free access, intercom systems, community spaces, and on-site staff, it serves as a cornerstone of stability and opportunity in the Grand Rapids area.
Grey Dog Security’s tailored approach at Adams Park combines community-focused engagement with proactive operational reliability. Our guards will maintain a visible, reassuring presence that supports residents’ independence while safeguarding shared spaces such as laundry rooms, elevators, and common areas.
We will also coordinate closely with GRHC’s full-time on-site staff to assist with:
• Resident safety and access management • Crisis prevention and emergency response readiness • Collaboration with maintenance and service teams to prevent disruptions • Continuous safety audits during supervisory visits
Through ongoing training — including Basic Life Saving / Stop the Bleed sessions scheduled for early next year — our personnel remain equipped to respond effectively and compassionately. Adams Park residents deserve not just security, but a sense of belonging and peace of mind — and Grey Dog Security is proud to deliver exactly that.
